1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 1-3 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and photos of the product showing the issue clearly. Our team will review your request and respond promptly with the next steps.

3. Return Approval and Process
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with you for the pickup. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

4. Refund Process
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund in the same form as the original payment. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, a refund will be made in cash at the time of pickup or through a method arranged during the return approval process.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged by customer, or items returned beyond 1-3 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
